Casa Alta is an elegantly restored town house situated in El Esparragal, one of three whitewashed villages that lie in the heart of rural Andalusia. El Esparragal is nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Subbética Natural Park, an area famous for the quality of its olive oil, its gastronomy and its impressive views. Priego de Córdoba, Córdoba, Seville, Granada and Sierra Nevada are easily accessible from here, as well as the coast; Malaga, Nerja! It is ideal for sightseeing, walking, cycling, painting, climbing and much more! The house is distributed on two floors, with large spacious rooms. On the ground floor are the living room, dining room and full kitchen. Outside is a patio with a separate wet room, additional seating, patio furniture and a private pool. The second floor has three bedrooms, all with large en-suite bathrooms. There is also a laundry room.
